Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the website of MADS Bath and Skin Care Industries Inc. (“MADS”, “we”), our client portal, the Ask MADS website chat, our sales email and the MADS Sales Assistant on our Facebook Page in Messenger. By using these services you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.

Information, estimates and agreements

Product information, sample prices, estimates and timelines shown on the website, in chat, in email or in Messenger are indicative. They are not an offer or a binding commitment. Prices, quantities, formulations, timelines and other terms become binding only in an Official Quotation or written agreement issued or accepted by MADS, including agreements signed in the client portal. Regulatory outcomes, such as FDA approvals, are decided by the relevant authority.

Automated assistant replies

Website chat, sales email and enabled Messenger conversations may receive AI-assisted replies based on MADS company information. Automated replies can be incomplete or mistaken and do not approve a formula, confirm a payment or change an agreement. You can ask for a person at any time: in Messenger, send “HUMAN” or “Talk to Sales”; you can also call or text 0917 569 0018 or 0926 725 7571, or email sales@madsindustries.com. In Messenger, send “STOP” to pause automated replies and “START” to turn them back on.

Using our services responsibly

• Provide accurate information and keep your portal login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment card details in chat, email or Messenger. Use the secure portal or checkout pages when requested.
• Do not misuse the services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, sending unlawful or abusive content, or collecting data from them by automated means.

We may limit or suspend access that misuses the services or puts other users or MADS at risk.

Content and confidentiality

Website content, branding and materials are owned by MADS or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product briefs and project details you share with us are handled as described in our privacy notice and any agreement between us.

Third-party services

Some services rely on providers such as Meta (Messenger), Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend and PayMongo. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our services accurate and available, but they may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by Philippine law, MADS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, chat or Messenger assistant. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
