Request deletion of your information.
You do not need a MADS portal account to make a request. These instructions also apply to information handled by the MADS Sales Assistant on Facebook Messenger.
Send your request
- Email sales@madsindustries.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Tell us which service you used: Facebook Messenger, website chat, sales email or the client portal. Include the account email or Facebook profile name used, an approximate conversation date, and which information you want removed. Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment details or ID attachments.
- Our team will check the request and may ask you to confirm it through the original account or conversation. We will explain the records affected, any information that must be retained, and the outcome. You can ask for an update by replying to the same email.
If you have a portal account
You can also open My account settings and use the account-deletion request option. This sends a request for review; it does not instantly erase all records. Tell us if you also want separate Messenger or email records reviewed.
What deletion covers
A verified request can cover the personal data MADS controls for the identified account or conversation, including stored Messenger identifiers and messages. Some agreement, invoice, transaction, security or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. We will explain any such limitation rather than promise deletion that cannot be completed.
Removing a Facebook integration or deleting a message in your own inbox does not by itself remove every copy held by MADS. Likewise, a MADS deletion request does not delete your Facebook or Google account or all copies controlled independently by those providers.
Stop automated replies
In an enabled Messenger conversation, send “STOP” to stop the MADS automated responder, or “HUMAN” to request a person. This does not itself delete your conversation. For deletion, use the email instructions above.
