- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap Share (the square with an upward arrow). It may be inside the browser’s More menu.
- Choose Add to Home Screen. If it’s hidden, check Edit Actions.
- Keep Open as Web App on if shown, then tap Add.
Find the MADS icon on your home screen and sign in.

- Open this page in Google Chrome.
- Tap Install MADS above if it appears, or open Chrome’s ⋮ menu.
- Choose Add to home screen or Install app, then confirm Install.
- Open MADS from your home screen or app list and sign in.
If you opened the link in a messaging app, open it in Chrome first.

For phone alerts, open the installed app, sign in, and choose Phone notifications. Enable notifications on each phone you use.
Get the separate MADS Chat app →This is the installable web version of MADS. Your existing tools, records and access permissions stay the same. An internet connection is required; changes to the portal are available when you open or refresh it.
Sign in and complete email verification once on each browser or app. This device then stays signed in when you close and reopen MADS, until you log out. Clearing app or browser data, browser storage limits, or an account security reset may require a new sign-in.
